K-O Concepts, Inc. has been in business for 30 years.  We take great care in pairing our customers with recirculating coolant chillers that meet their application requirements.   Because of our commitment to this ideal, we have developed a long list of repeat customers.  Over the years we have had to develop policies and procedures that protect our company, protect our identity, and prevent damage caused to our company by 3^rd parties.   These policies allow us to protect our customers’ ability to avoid counterfeit, used, incorrect, or damaged products. These policies aid in our ability to continue to sell high quality products. 

Please review the following list prior to requesting quotes, request for service, or pricelists. 

• Direct purchases only.
  • No 3^rd party orders will be accepted.
• Direct quotes only.  A technical point of contact must be provided at time of RFQ.
  • No 3^rd party quotes will be issued.
• Only the original purchaser of the product can request service or spare parts.  If you purchased via OEM, please provide that information.  Model and serial number(s) must be provided when request is made. 
• Any requests for information made by 3^rd party purchasing companies, used chiller resellers, or any email domain that is unverifiable as a valid company will be blocked with no further follow up.  Companies that have been established as “NO BID”, and have been provided justification for this, will receive no further follow up on new requests.    
• The same prices are quoted to all customers.  We do not sell outside of the USA.
• Published pricelists are available for repeat customers and anyone with a current quote.  Please see the instructions below.
